An item may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund of merchandise less original shipping and return shipping. Contact wildhousecraftstudio@yahoo.com to return an item, and receive a return label. Once the returned product is received, a refund less the cost of original and return shipping will be issued within 7 days.
